Summary of Qualifications:
Started drilling in 1976 with Taylor Drilling worked on TK 250 Porta-Drill, GardnerDenver. Worked as lead driller and tool pusher relief. Worked in the oilfield in 1979through 1982. Rotary mud drilling and DHH primarily used. Worked with Cimarron Drilling Gardner-Denver 2000, Badger, and Mayhew rigs. Dakota Geothermal Mayhew and Bucyrus-Erie drill rigs. Have installed well pumps from 1/2hp up to 350hp line shaft turbine. Was actively involved in the Black Hills Hydrology study done by the USGS to determine ifthe use of the Madison aquifer would adversely be effected by development for the city of Rapid City also determined placement of wells. Drilled developed and constructed 7 wells with the production capability of 11 million gallons per day. Also developed the water system for the city
of Belle Fourche consisting of two wells one 4280 ft. well flowing 1200 gpm the
second well 2300 ft. flowing 900 gpm. The entire water system has no pumps thewater towers are charged by the formation pressure. Developed the water system at Box Elder two wells one private at 3200 ft. one for the city at a depth of 4800ft. Production of 600 gpm. Developed the water system for city of New Underwood one well at a depth of 3600ft. Have developed and drilled in all about 100 + wells for the development of water. Drilled 30 + wild cat oil wells in eastern Wyoming. We rebuilt designed, fabricated and maintained all of our equipment the large rig consisted of 12 truckloads of equipment plus the air compressors for air drilling. Have been involved in welding, hydraulic fracture (acid), blow out preventer installation, all aspect of well completion. Also designed built and installed ground source heat pumps with the application of pump and dump and closed loop systems. Worked as consultant providing training services for Ground Heat International Toronto Canada.

construction and design of false work and its placement supervise construction and employees for the completion of Caymana Bay Marina and Barccadieer Marina. Outfit and make operational 600 ton barge. Retro fit drilling head onto flying leads for 60 ton crane and design and build hydraulic lines and controls for remote operation of drilling equipment. Place air compressor on barge and plumb up and make drill operational. Retro fit and design hydraulic fittings and connections to plumb drill assembly to ICE hydraulic plant. In charge of underground construction for sea walls and docks as required for construction of marina. Maintain and field repair of equipment as required also drilling of tension piles and compression piles for building
construction.

Drilling Superintendent for Industrial Services was in charge of the management of the company and was charged with putting it back in order after hurricane Ivan had damaged much of it and the owner was ill with cancer. There were five drills and two auger machine with vac-trucks also 10 employees and other smaller equipment
